Call to order by President Chelsea Hard located in Hart’s Fabric Store at 6:33 p.m.

A survey was sent to each member. So far 28 responses have been returned. We’re hoping to have all completed by 5.21 so results can be analyzed.
Our annual fall retreat is approaching. The balance of registration is due by 8.15.

MQG book is available for preorder. We have two members with talent being recognized in print: Pamela Rocco and Mickey Beebe. Great showing for SBAMQG. Congrats.

Charity Quilt: Guidelines have been published by MQG. Isabel has stepped up to the plate to chair this committee, so all volunteers will be receiving information shortly. Positions needed will be design, piecing, machine quilting, binding, label.
Sign-ups for Tara Faughnan’s classes in November will be held in June.
This is the big night to turn in the BOEM from March – “h” blocks. The grand prize winner was Darlene – we’ll look forward to seeing them put together.
The new BOEOM was announced by Pam Rocco. She picked her “Picture Frame” blocks – there are three different versions. This block will be turned in at the July meeting.
The Cheap Thrills Workshop presented by Pam Rocco will be June Pam will email pattern and instructions to all attendees. It is recommended blocks be constructed ahead of class in order to have class time to work on placement.

The MQG benefit we talked about tonight was all the free patterns that are offered.
