February 2017 Guild Meeting
Just a friendly reminder that our meeting is coming up tomorrow at Hart’s! If you have a chair, please bring it with you so everyone has a spot to sit!
Workshop Announcements: We will be announcing two workshops at this meeting (and taking sign ups for one), so bring your checkbooks! We are SEW excited about these classes we can hardly control ourselves!
PVQA Quilt Show Teacups Challenge: We will be collecting the Teacup Challenge quilts at this month’s meeting. If you’re not ready to drop off, you will need to drop of individually. Please visit the quilt show’s website for details. We will not be able to collect your quilt if it does not have a hanging sleeve and label already attached per the PVQA guidelines.
2017 Dues: Any 2016 member who has not yet paid dues will be deactivated from the MQG site after the February meeting. Don’t let your member benefits slip away!!
WIP it Good: We’re still accepting entries for our #sbamqgwipitgood challenge. Don’t miss this chance to get your WIPs finished and win an awesome prize at the end of the year!
Sew & Tell: Don’t forget to to bring your Sew & Tell items including your PVQA Teacups Challenge Quilts & your Open Wide pouches from our SuperSew Sunday Workshop! We can’t wait to see them!
Board Thank You: As a thank you to Renee & Pam for serving on the board, don’t forget to bring them a token of your appreciation to this meeting. Renee wants some solids from your stash & Pam wants a cut of interesting, wild, ugly and unique fabric from your stash!
