Workshop Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Workshop registration fees are to be paid at point of registration. If fees are not received within one week after registration, your name may be removed from the list to allow waitlisted or other attendees to register (if no wait list is yet in place).

You may cancel your workshop reservation five weeks prior to the workshop to receive a full refund.

If you cancel within five weeks of the workshop date, you will only receive a refund if the vacated seat is filled by a member of the wait list (first priority) or another attendee. The Board will maintain a waitlist for all workshops. Open workshop seats will be posted at least once on social media platforms.

Workshop no shows forfeit their workshop fee.
