• SBAMQG at the PVQA, Plus Looking Ahead; March Meeting

While some of us were away in Austin for QuiltCon, some of us sufficed ourselves by staying home (#quiltnon) and were able to attend the annual PVQA quilt show instead. And our second year at the exhibit gave us good exposure with almost a full row of MQG entries and challenges. Not to mention that our basket was one of the most popular prizes to enter for.

Of course, you can see even more of the show over on Flickr.

And do we have an exciting March meeting!

-Tina and Anne will regale us with their best tales from QuiltCon plus tell us about exciting new changes to MQG administration that will make every guild more efficient and should allow us to plan exciting new events.

-possible charity efforts will be discussed in light of recent tragedies in the Santa Cruz community

-Our first guild quilt-along will be (officially) revealed and demonstrated.

-Tote swaps will be revealed and exchanged.

It should be an exciting time had by all, be there or be (half) square at Sue Dee’s at 6:30 on Tuesday, March 5th.
